“Kenny, I wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with the job you did on my pool. After removing the trees from the pool, your team was able to come in and repair the damage and install the new liner more quickly than I ever imagined. I had expected to be without the enjoyment of the pool this entire summer. But even better, I have been looking at that sunken corner for years and thought, one, it drives me crazy to see that uneven water line and, two, how am I going to sell this house, if I ever want to, with that obvious flaw. People had told me, over and over, that the only way to correct it would be to start from scratch. But you came in, personally, and figured out how to raise the deck level and correct the problem, all within the expense limits that the insurance would cover.
